After a successful Design Thinking workshop in July, SAP Customer Experience Labs, partner Netconomy, and customer Swinkels Family Brewers are presenting an exciting new solution at SAP Customer Experience Live 2018.

Now, some context: SAP CX Live is our biggest event, bringing together customers, partners, and SAP colleagues from around the world for two jam-packed days of engaging content – keynotes, demos, an impressive 24-hour Hackathon, and much more.

The CX Innovation Office is playing an integral role in the affair this year. State-of-the-art showcases from SAP Customer Experience Labs will populate the main hall, and as usual, they’ll be bigger and better than ever before. Particularly,“DiscovAR C/4HANA” promises to create next-level interactivity, leveraging emerging technologies and the SAP C/4HANA portfolio for a unforgettably customized, immersive experience. And without spoilers, the PoC we’ve produced with Swinkels is similarly reinventing how customers interact with their favorite beer brand, how products are delivered to them in the new on-demand economy, and invoking the company’s rich history and culture of giving….talk about added value!
We’re also proud to debut the Innovation Experience area, demonstrating the breadth of our collaborative innovation ecosystem with featured representatives from startups and various SAP organizations. Our two stages will host over 30 sessions, presenting key products and services such as project “Kyma”, thought leadership from futurists and executives (like our own Chief Innovation Officer, Eugenio Cassiano), and insightful discussions and demos from pioneering SAP product owners, award-winning partners, and ground-breaking entrepreneurs. Likewise, Swinkels will join the president of SAP Customer Experience, Alex Atzberger, onstage during his executive keynote, as well as present a deep dive into their digital transformation process and outcomes in sessions for SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Customer Data Cloud.
Our team will be on-hand to share our exclusive meetup content with the masses – how we apply our methodology to inspire and leverage the SAP CX portfolio, engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive exponential business innovation.
